"Service protection 3 years" must be purchased separately and on the same day when purchasing the new device, at the latest, however, max. 90 after purchase of the product to be protected; online registration is required. In the event of a recognized service case within the service period, the registered product is exchanged or repaired free of charge. Requirement for service provision: The processes worldwide is performed through the relevant Siemens departments for spare parts and repair processes. Please provide the serial number and product number (MLFB) of the registered products as well as the related confirmation of registering. Repair or replacement of the defective product is under Siemens’ discretion.
